We’re Julie and Andre St. Amour, fitness coaches and co-founders of Evertrain Fitness—a personal-training studio dedicated to helping adults over 50 move pain-free, get stronger, and feel confident in their bodies again.
Our passion for fitness comes from personal experience. Both of us have faced major injuries that left us sidelined and discouraged. Through smart, purposeful training, we discovered that you can not only heal your body but also feel and perform at your best for the people and activities that matter most.
We founded Evertrain because we believe the right coach can change everything. Early in our careers, we noticed that adults 50 and older were often overlooked in the fitness industry. Many were handed “one-size-fits-all” workouts that didn’t account for their needs—or worse, led to injury. Others avoided gyms altogether, feeling out of place or unsupported.
That’s why we created Evertrain: a place built exclusively for people 50+—where training is safe, structured, and empowering. Like the evergreen tree that inspired our name, we help our clients build strength that lasts through every season of life.
Our mission is simple:
to help you get out of pain, gain strength, lose weight, and build a foundation for lifelong health—so you can keep doing what you love, for as long as possible.


I have been with Evertrain virtually for about 4 months now and I've achieved goals I wasn't able to achieve for years. I consider myself well informed about eating and exercise.
